美參議院達協議 擬授權攻敘

美國參議院外交委員會於台灣時間今日清晨就授權美軍對敘利亞行動的決議文內容達成協議。

本決議文將允許美軍對敘利亞阿薩德政權採取行動，原則上為期60天，在歐巴馬總統知會國會的情況下可再延期30天。

本決議文同時禁止美軍派遣戰鬥部隊進入敘利亞，但允許在緊急事件發生時，進行小規模的救援任務。

歐巴馬總統將被要求在30天內向國會提交解決敘利亞衝突的外交計畫。

美國參議院外交委員會將在今日稍晚針對本決議文進行辯論，參議院多數黨領袖雷德(Harry M. Reid)預計於下週將本決議文提交全院投票。
