基特3315隻安打 史上第9多

前陣子陷入打擊低潮的洋基隊長基特，面對美聯中區白襪卻打得得心應手，連2天都有2支安打表現，今天生涯安打數來到3315支，正式超越傳奇球星柯林斯，成為史上第9;此外守護神李維拉，今天拿下本季第40次救援成功，亮眼表現也讓總教練喬拉帝，想要勸說李維拉別那麼早退休。

捍衛2成打擊率，Jeter卯起來奮力一擊前陣子歸隊卻陷入打擊低潮，但洋基隊長對上白襪，可是改頭換面，不得了。

前一天才繳出4支2分打點，打爆白襪成績單，Jeter再度撇開左腳踝和右腿傷痛，繼續在主場球迷面前證明老將還是很威，這支第3,314支安打，正式超過傳奇球星EddieCollins，也讓Jeter成為大聯盟史上安打數第9多的球員，而同樣也在締造歷史的，還有最偉大的守護神。

再見三振，順利收下本季第40次救援成功，Mariano老當益壯，目前救援數排在大聯盟第3多，雖然Mo季初早就宣布今年球季結束就會退休，但亮眼成績讓洋基總教練JoeGirardi很不捨得，準備強力勸說要Rivera留下，繼續投。

回顧洋基奪得世界大賽冠軍，Mo就參與了5次，扮演關門的重要角色，雖然Rivera目前似乎沒有動搖跡象，但宣布退休後又回歸的例子，屢見不鮮，要是Mo能繼續站在投手丘多投1場，都是在幫大聯盟史多添一頁的新紀錄。
