台電：明年電價暫未規劃調漲

【許麗珍／台北報導】台電今年10月調漲電價導致物價齊漲遭外界詬病，對於原擬要進行的第3階段電價何時調漲，台電今天並未鬆口，只強調：「明年電價目前暫無調漲規畫。」
 
第2波電價調整方案自今年10月1日開始實施，對於外界關心的第3階段電價何時調漲，台電過去一直未提出時間表。台電董事長黃重球今則首度表態明年應不會漲電價，他說台電今年至11月底止，累計虧損135億元，雖然11月份有賺30億元，全年預估仍將虧損171億元，但相較去年虧損616億元，今年虧損已較小。
 
黃重球表示，明年林口電廠1、2號機組將除役，在沒有新發電機組挹注下，發電結構變壞，須用天然氣補足基載電力缺口，初估燃料成本每度約增0.12元，使得台電明後2年營運會更辛苦，不過大林、林口電廠機組汰舊換新後，將在2016年、2017年陸續啟動，屆時基載電力就會補足。
