2013不老節之「宜蘭盃全國樂齡舞林大賽」，訂於10月14、15日假宜蘭縣立運動公園體育館舉行，目前已開始受理報名，歡迎全國50歲以上的民眾來挑戰。各組前3名的獎金分別為6萬、3萬、2萬元。

宜蘭縣政府衛生局指出，該項賽事分為排舞、土風舞及國標舞三種競賽，報名時間至9月30日止，各類組以20隊額滿為止，網路報名可上該局網頁查詢。

根據內政部統計〔102年2月〕，各縣市65歲以上人口平均為11.22％，宜蘭縣為13.37％，位居全國老化第七位；臺灣已是人口老化迅速的國家，預估到了107年，我國老年人口比例將超過14％，成為高齡社會，老化問題將帶來衝擊。

衛生局表示，不論對個人或政府而言，解決老化問題的基礎在於提早在中年時期養成規律的運動習慣，有助於延緩老化與降低慢性疾病與憂鬱症的發生。

衛生局長劉建廷指出，台灣已正式進入「人口老化潮」！未來老化速度將急遽增加，該局透過辦理「宜蘭盃全國樂齡舞林大賽」，除了要為半百以上族群提供一個適當的舞台發揮外，並希望在練習過程中可以互相學習、鼓勵與扶持，讓參與者保有愉快的心情，增進身心健康，達到活躍老化的目標。
