星國足球假球集團 全球最大最活躍

新加坡政府上周逮捕14名足球假球集團的嫌疑犯，國際刑警組織（ICPO）秘書長諾伯爾（Ronald Noble）24日表示，該集團是全球「最大、最活躍」的足球假球集團。

據傳落網者之一、新加坡商人丹譚（Dan Tan，音譯），是假球集團的首腦。根據專為犯罪集團成員制定的嚴苛法律，丹譚與另外四名嫌犯現在遭到羈押，且不得保釋。

新加坡海峽時報引述諾伯爾的說法，能夠緝捕到這些嫌犯，是新加坡與國際刑警組織全球反假球任務小組合作的成果。
