南鐵案辦聽證會？ 賴清德公開否決

台南市長賴清德今再度親上火線召開鐵路地下化座談會，對於反台南鐵路東移自救會訴求「具法律效力的聽證會」，賴清德首度親口公開回應，只有特定農業區徵收才能辦「強制聽證」，南鐵案只有結論供首長參考的「任意聽證」，因不具法律效力，所以沒必要舉辦；「說穿了就是不敢辦聽證會」，自救會長蘇俊文說，根據行政程序法，聽證會具法律效力，賴清德卻始終否認，「我們會繼續抗爭！」
