本身會計背景，前兩份工作分別是審計員及公司會計 之前多次面試都因為距離或薪資太低而婉拒了 最近好不容易有喜歡的offer，但又不知如何選擇 大概資訊如下： A公司 B公司 產業別 代書事務所 有機農場 職務別 助理 行政會計 薪水 N+2K N 獎金 績效獎金2K/月(視表現) ? 年終1個月 保險 團險 勞健保 通勤 15分鐘 20分鐘 規模 4人 15人 工作時間 早八晚五 早八晚五 視案件加班(責任制) 不需加班 休假 週休二日 週休二日 優點 可以學到代書實務 好像很輕鬆 本科系 缺點 無勞健保 一人會計 滿一年特休3天 首先A公司環境及工作氣氛還不錯，我也不排斥非本科系的工作， 但是沒有勞健保(會幫忙加工會)、要加班 BOSS不喜歡員工請假…所以特休很少， 面試官強調BOSS是看能力調薪，而非年資，且每個月會看表現有拿獎金的機會。 然後B公司是我本科系的工作，這個職務原本是另一位職員兼任， 現在另外拆出來的，不需加班。可是面試時對方沒有很詳盡的介紹 公司，有種去面試就上了的感覺…我一直提了很多問題了解公司 但還是忘了問獎金的部份…。 原本較傾向去A公司，但因為沒有勞健保，加上休假感覺很受限， 又B公司則是工作輕鬆的感覺…所以很猶豫 想請各位給些意見 謝謝 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 114.46.241.135
